Involved in academic activities, she is an author of a doctoral dissertation on the impact of employer branding on the competitive edge of Polish businesses. A graduate in psychology, he holds an MBA, is an employer branding expert and a certified HR trainer and consultant. For 15 years, he has been involved in the process of improving the shape of HR in Poland. He is the co-creator of HRNews.pl, a knowledge portal highly esteemed among HR professionals. He is Programme Director and coach for the Employer Brand Leaders Training project. He has contributed to the #TrendsHR nationwide research project. He is lecturer at the Warsaw Academy of Economics and Humanities. Graduate in sociology and social policy from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. At Grow Agency, she is responsible for the work of the Employer Branding Department. She co-creates effective EB strategies, image campaigns and oversees the process of their creation. As part of its ongoing service to clients, Aleksandra Biegańska designs and implements campaigns that foster employer branding. She engages in creative work with great enthusiasm. In her career to date, she has carried out projects for brands such as ALDI, CD Projekt RED, CRH Materials Polska, Generali, Grupa Żywiec, LINK 4, Lux Med, among others. Privately a lover of high mountains. In addition to employer branding peaks, she also enjoys climbing in the mountains being the Crown of Europe.
Graduate in journalism and social communication and public relations and media marketing at the University of Warsaw. She has been active in the communications industry for 10 years. She has works at the Grow agency since 2019. Paulina currently holds the position of communications manager. Among other things, she is responsible for developing communication and creative strategies and coordinating cooperation with strategic clients. She specialises in projects in the area of content marketing.
As project manager, she also looks after the annual #TrendsHR Report published by Grow, which is one of the largest publications of its kind in the Polish HR world. She provides training in the areas of copywriting and social media communication.
