1. Definitions
The data controller of your personal data is Studio Wiedzy Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Senatorska 2, 00-075 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Economic Division of the National Court Register under entry No. KRS 0000491884, VAT Reg. No. (NIP) 521-366-42-64.
The data controller uses your personal data in relation to the website operated by the Data Controller at the following address: www.agencjagrow.pl (hereinafter: “Website”). The Website forms the Data Controller’s exclusive property and allows for publication of press releases, invitations to industry events, dispatch of offers, dispatch of newsletters, calls for actions and information about changes on the Website.
Every time a reference is made in this document to the Regulations, they shall mean Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws of the European Union L 1119, p. 1) and the Act on Personal Data Protection of 10 May 2018 (Polish Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] of 2018, item 1000) which is used for the application of the regulation above.
The purpose of the Regulations is to unify the principles of personal data processing in the territory of the European Union, while the provisions of the Regulations have been applied in the territory of the Republic of Poland starting as of 25 May 2018.
2. Purpose and term of compilation and processing of data
The personal data sourced during the use of the Website are processed by the Data Controller exclusively upon your consent and for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations encumbering the Data Controller in relation to the Regulation. Within the scope outlined above, the Data Controller has the right to use personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
- dispatch of offers
- mailing
- dispatch of reports
- dispatch of invitations to take part in events
- dispatch of invitations to meetings
The data shall be stored until an objection has been filed.
3. Scope of data processing
When registering on the Website, the user provides the following data:
- name of company
- province
- first name
- surname
- position
- telephone No.
- e-mail address
Provision of personal data during registration is voluntary. However, if the user fails to provide the aforementioned data, his/ her access to the Website will not be possible.
If, during the use of the Website, it is necessary to source additional personal data or to use the data already held by the Data Controller in a mode other than described herein, the Data Controller shall ask for your consent for sourcing the additional data or for using the already held data in a different mode and shall supplement this document with the missing information.
4. Transfer of data
The Data Controller shall transfer the personal data of the Website users:
1) to entities processing data on its behalf and participating in the performance of business activity by it, i.e. its employees and contracting partners – exclusively for the purpose of making the functionalities of the Website available;
2) to entities servicing the ICT systems that belong to the Data Controller or making the ICT tools available to it;
3) entities providing consulting, audit, legal assistance, tax and accounting assistance services to the Data Controller – exclusively in case of a necessity justified by the provisions of the applicable law.
5. Rights with which the User is vested
Every user may apply to the Data Controller for:
1) rectification (correction) of data;
2) removal of data processed groundlessly or posted on websites owned by the Data Controller;
3) limitation of processing (suspension of operations on data or non removal of data);
4) access to data;
5) transfer of data to another data controller or to the applicant (within a scope specified in Art. 20 of the Regulation).
The rights above may be exercised by filing an application to the e-mail address provided in Section 10. In some cases, for verification purposes, the Data Controller may ask for provision of additional information allowing for authentication of the applicant.
6. Right to object
You can file an objection with respect to the processing of your data at any moment. In consequence of accepting the application with objection, the Data Controller is liable for stopping the data processing.
7. Consent for data processing
If the use of your personal data by the Data Controller is not required for the use of the Website or for the meeting of a legal obligation or does not constitute the Data Controller’s legitimate interest, the Data Controller may ask for consent for specific modes of using your personal data, while the consent granted by you may be withdrawn at any moment.
8. Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller violates legal provisions, you can file a complaint to the Data Controller.
9. Data monitoring and cookies
We use cookies to deliver statistics with respect to visits and activity on the Website.
Cookies are small text files located on your computer, allowing us to provide a better quality of our Website, source information how the users use the Website and to adjust some functionalities for logged-in users.

Analytical cookies
The Data Controller uses third party suppliers, among others Google Analytics, hereinafter: “GA”. GA embeds cookies on the Website.
Information in such cookies contains data about the mode in which the Website is used and may be sent and stored by the supplier of the GA service.
The supplier’s servers may be located outside of the EU economic area. On our behalf, the GA supplier will use data contained in these cookies to generate aggregate statistics and information about activities of persons visiting the Website.
All cookies embedded by the suppliers of the GA service expire in a period not exceeding 2 years.
