Adient Polska needed an in-depth analysis of its internal and external communications in order to align its operations with the job market. This required researching the recruitment competition and analyzing touchpoints with the candidate market.

Adient needed targeted employer branding initiatives tailored to its various production facilities, which required adapting the strategy to the needs and characteristics of each location.

The company faced the challenge of creating a cohesive, appealing communication campaign that would attract potential employees and highlight the brand’s unique values.

Adient wanted to increase its presence on social media by regularly publishing content and actively engaging with employees and candidates.

EB Strategy

Develop an EB strategy that encompasses both internal and external initiatives to enhance the appeal and recognition of Adient Polska as an employer brand.

Key visual

Creating a cohesive, visually appealing key visual that aligns with the brand’s visual identity, as well as developing various creative concepts for campaigns and materials for both internal and external communication, which will help build the company’s image as a leader in the automotive industry.

Social Media Management

Working with the client to develop a content publication schedule for Facebook and LinkedIn, tailored to the needs of all facilities, and actively and regularly managing communication on these social media platforms.
