Technology That Needed a Voice
and a story that will let it resonate.
EB Strategy | Creative Communication
Not every brand has to fight for recognition. There are some that have potential and are well-known thanks to their international operations, but they don’t always have the opportunity to make their mark locally.
RS is a global provider of solutions for industry and engineers—a brand present in the daily work of many engineers and industrial companies. It’s there wherever reliability matters. It has been present in Poland for several years, but its philosophy and scope of operations had not been fully communicated. Our task was to change that and build a narrative that would showcase the brand in its full glory.
Customer:
RS Polska
Completion Date:
2025–present
Scope of Work:
PR strategy, expert communication, media relations, thought leadership, LinkedIn, content SEO

The setup was ready, but there was no signal
.
RS operates in a unique, highly demanding, technical environment where communication cannot be superficial or full of slogans.
Project Input Parameters:
Low brand awareness in Poland
The brand had a global presence, but lacked a strong, recognizable narrative locally.
Difficult, technical industry jargon
Communication had to be substantive, yet accessible and engaging.
The Changing Reality of the Media
Traditional press releases were no longer effective—a new form of presence was needed.
Scattered Activities (CSR, Education, Business)
Many valuable initiatives that were not presented as a single, coherent story.
Our approach: building mechanics that work
.
We didn’t start by writing copy—we started by organizing
what RS really has to say and developing a strategy.
We based our solution on three main components:

Expertise That Matters
Instead of general announcements – specific, industry-focused content that addresses the real challenges faced by engineers and companies.
Topics That Bridge Business and Context
We have combined industrial technology at the product and specific technical solution levels with:
• market trends
• operational challenges
• ESG and CSR issues
Communication Tailored to New Media
In addition to preparing and distributing traditional press releases, we have started creating content that the media want to publish.

When the components start working
.
The change we wanted to achieve wasn’t just about increasing the number of posts—it was about the quality of our online presence—moving from random communication to a coherent, well-thought-out narrative that consistently builds our expertise and strengthens the brand’s role as a business partner.
Effects:
Increased visibility in high-quality industry media
RS has started to establish a presence where its actual customers are.
Stronger positioning of the brand as an expert
The brand is no longer just a supplier — it has become a knowledge partner.
A cohesive narrative that brings together business, technology, and values
CSR, education, and the company’s offerings are no longer separate topics.
Content That Pays Off in the Long Run
Articles and case studies that build visibility over time, not just “for the sake of publication.”
In a well-functioning system, every element has its place and function.
Implementation of solutions – with engineering precision!
The project encompassed both the planning and implementation phases:

Brand Communication Audit on LinkedIn
We took a close look at RS’s communication on LinkedIn, analyzing its consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with its branding goals and target audiences. In addition, we examined what RS’s direct competitors are posting and how they’re doing it. As a result, we know not only where to go with RS, but also which paths to avoid.
Preparation of a SWOT Analysis
We identified the key strengths and weaknesses of RS’s communication strategy, as well as market opportunities and threats. This allowed us to take a broader view of the brand—not only in terms of what’s already working, but also in terms of what needs to be strengthened and where the greatest potential lies.
We have defined the brand's communication goals
We defined clear communication goals that served as a benchmark for all our activities—giving them consistency and a measurable direction. Because simply “being visible” isn’t enough—you also need to know why you’re doing it.
Identifying Target Audiences
Before we started talking, we carefully identified who we wanted to reach. Even the best story about RS needs the right audience.
Developing the “big idea” (leitmotif) for communication
Based on the analyses we conducted and the objectives we defined, we developed the main communication concept: RS Components as a trusted partner and expert in the industrial components industry. This concept became the cornerstone of all our activities, structuring the message and giving it a consistent, recognizable direction.

The Mechanics of Advantage—Why Does It Work?
Because in the tech industry, it’s not the person who talks the most who wins. It’s the person who speaks most concretely and is closest to the audience’s real problems.
An excess of messages does not increase efficiency — in this case, it’s exactly the same as with technical systems: an excess of signals creates noise.
